Refund policy

At Ritique, we take great care to ensure that every fragrance reaches you in perfect condition. Because our fragrances are personal-use products, we do not accept general returns or refunds.

Returns

All sales are final.

Ritique does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect fragrance selection, personal preference, or simply not liking the fragrance after purchase.

We encourage you to carefully review your order and fragrance selection before completing your purchase.

Damaged Products

If your Ritique fragrance arrives damaged due to transit, we are happy to provide an exchange for the affected product.

To request an exchange:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number along with clear photographs or a video showing the damaged product and its original packaging.
Please retain the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Once the damage has been verified, Ritique will arrange an exchange for the affected product.

Refunds

Ritique does not offer refunds for damaged products. Where a product has been confirmed as damaged during transit, an exchange will be provided instead.

Refunds will only be issued where Ritique is unable to fulfil an order or provide a replacement, at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs or video.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

Important Notes

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to verification by Ritique.
We cannot accept requests submitted after the specified reporting period.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
